

Terms & Conditions
By booking an event with Fun Foam Denver, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Payment Terms
• A deposit is required to secure your event date.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Bookings are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and approved electronic payments.
Deposits & Refunds
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If an event must be rescheduled due to weather or approved circumstances, deposits may be applied toward a future event date based on availability.
• Once services have been delivered and setup has occurred, no refunds will be issued.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• Clients may reschedule their event with at least 5 days’ notice prior to the event date, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the event may be charged the full event amount.
Fun Foam Denver will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests whenever possible.
3. Weather Policy
Foam and bubble parties are outdoor events and may continue in light rain.
Fun Foam Denver reserves the right to delay, pause, reschedule, or cancel services if weather conditions are deemed unsafe, including but not limited to:
• Lightning or thunderstorms
• High winds
• Heavy rain
• Extreme temperatures
• Unsafe setup conditions
If unsafe weather occurs after setup:
• All electrical equipment must immediately be turned off and protected from weather exposure.
• Participants must exit the foam or bubble area until conditions improve.
If an event must be canceled due to weather, the Client may reschedule within 12 months of the original event date, subject to availability.
4. Safety & Supervision
Safety is our top priority.
Foam Solution Safety
Our foam solution is:
• Biodegradable
• Non-toxic
• Hypoallergenic
• Non-staining
• Safe for grass, pets, skin, and clothing
Supervision Requirements
• Adult supervision is required at all times during the event.
• The Client assumes responsibility for participant behavior and supervision during the event.
• Fun Foam Denver reserves the right to stop the event if unsafe behavior occurs.
Participant Guidelines
Participants should:
• Wear appropriate lightweight clothing or swimwear
• Wear non-slip footwear or go barefoot
• Avoid roughhousing, flips, climbing equipment, or unsafe play
The following are prohibited in the foam or bubble area:
• Glass containers
• Sharp objects
• Food or drinks
• Silly string
• Animals
• Hazardous behavior
5. Release of Liability
The Client understands that participation in foam and bubble activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, injuries, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents.
By booking an event, the Client agrees to:
• Assume all risks associated with participation
• Release and hold harmless Fun Foam Denver, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct
Fun Foam Denver is not responsible for:
• Injuries resulting from unsafe participant behavior
• Lost or damaged personal items
• Damage to property caused by participant misuse
6. Setup Requirements
The Client agrees to provide:
• A minimum setup area of approximately 20’ x 20’
• Access to a water source within 75 feet
• Access to a dedicated power outlet within 75 feet
• Safe and accessible setup conditions
Preferred setup surfaces include:
• Grass
• Pavement
• Smooth hard surfaces
Setup and takedown generally require approximately 30 minutes each.
Fun Foam Denver reserves the right to refuse setup if the location is unsafe or unsuitable.
7. Equipment Care & Damage
The Client assumes responsibility for equipment while it is on-site.
Additional charges may apply for:
• Excessive cleaning
• Damage caused by misuse or negligence
• Damage caused by prohibited substances or unsafe conditions
Examples include:
• Food or drink contamination
• Silly string
• Mud or foreign substances
• Tampering with equipment
• Failure to follow safety instructions
8. Additional Fees
Additional charges may apply for:
• Events outside the standard service area
• Additional foam solution
• Extended event time
• Special setup requirements
• Excessive cleaning or equipment damage
Any applicable fees will be discussed prior to the event whenever possible.
9. Photos & Promotional Use
Fun Foam Denver may capture photos and videos during events for promotional and marketing purposes.
By booking an event, the Client grants permission for event photos or videos to be used in:
• Social media
• Marketing materials
• Website content
• Promotional advertising
Clients wishing to opt out must submit a written request prior to the event date.
10. Force Majeure
Fun Foam Denver shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Power outages
• Labor shortages
• Emergencies
• Acts of God
In such situations, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the event.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Fun Foam Denver and the Client and supersede all prior discussions or agreements.
12. Acknowledgment
By confirming a booking with Fun Foam Denver, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
